Staff were incredibly welcoming. the guest house was spotlessly clean and spacious, with tatami mats. Great location near major attractions, train station, and funicular station.

All the staff was lovely and greeted us warmly. The location was great and amazing also near a convenient store.

Was a lovely place for trip. The food was INCREDIBLE and there were a great selection of dishes in the menu. Comforts of family king room with tatami mats were fabulous. The hotel was close enough to other museums like Lalique/Sengokuhara Susuki Grassfields, the bus stop and Hakone Open Air Museum and the railway station and cable car thanks to its marvellous and stunning location. Also, the venue was near Figure I.

Beautiful venue, superb bar area, magnificent location in the dorm area. Good staff, airy, perfect rooms with beds or tatami mattresses. Location near is right next to the open air museum, major attractions, the train station, and funicular station and the open air museum in Hakone which is a wonderful excursion. 5 minutes' walk to a private museum. A memorable way to end my trip.

The accommodation at Irori Guest House Tenmaku is incredibly beautiful and amazing, with a good setting right by the misty mountains. the staff is good and perfect, and there is plenty of fantastic food. It's a great choice for a trip.

The breakfast offered a wonderful variety of delicious food and drinks, the location was fantastic right next to a train station which was very convenient.

We had a comfortable stay with great amenities in a marvelous location right next to a bus station, with the convenience of walking to a shop and convenience stores nearby.

Staying here as a solo traveler was fantastic with the option of a standard twin room that had both futon and beds or tatami mattresses, all at great prices.

The warm welcome we received was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again. the economy double room with shared bathroom facilities was a great choice. the bar and dryer were really neat additions. the staff were perfect and good, everyone.

The staff here are super friendly and the rooms are huge, spotless, and come with a dryer. There's also a bar and kitchen you can use. Plus, the location is great, just a 10-minute walk to Gora Park 🌳.
